A unique way to experience Maine and discover the hidden secrets of the Saco River and Saco Bay in an intimate setting of no more than 6. Have fun and create memories that will last a lifetime!

Reserve a spot for a 2 hour escape sail, relax and enjoy the beauty of the Saco River, Biddeford Pool, Camp Ellis, Wood Island Lighthouse and Old Orchard Beach.

We limit this tour to 2/3 the ship’s rated capacity. This provides our guests with plenty of seating and room to spread out for a truly enjoyable experience on the water.

All ages are welcome!

Boat Departures

2 to 4 times daily, based on time of the year. Departure times vary based on when the sunsets, see schedule for daily times.

Sailing Single or in a Larger Group

There is a minimum of 2 or 4 guests per boat, depending on the day/time. If you are a single person just book on a tour that has at least another party booked and some availability remaining.

Most of the season 2 sailboats will be available with a capacity of 6 each. Parties more than 6 will need to make 2 bookings.

The Private Charter option insures your party are the only ones aboard! A private sail also allows you group to elect to be picked up on the Biddeford or Saco sides of the river.

Rare and unique half day experience, come aboard a beautiful 40′ sailboat or power boat and get a private tour inside of the restored Wood Island Lighthouse and Keepers House!

Most people that book a 2 hour excursion tell us they wished they could sail longer. So why not start out with a half day sail and see more of Saco Bay!

Certainly the full day will allow for more enjoyment on the water. Consider seeing a large colony, of seals up close, get off on an uninhabited island, sailing outside of Saco Bay or seeing the beautiful Saco River.

The crown jewel of Maine is its coast. Combine that with magic of a sunset on the water, this is trip where memories will be created to last a lifetime.
